Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
If you should change your mind and want to return or exchange any items, please email me within 7 days after you receive your order. Do not send anything until you have done so. You are responsible for the return shipping.
Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method as I am not responsible if the items are lost in transit.
How do I track my package?
If your item(s) were shipped via USPS First Class, you should receive a Delivery Confirmation number. You cannot track a package with this number but it will tell you when it was delivered. Please go to http://usps.com to check the delivery status.
If your item(s) were shipped via FEDEX, a tracking number is provivded. Please go to http://www.fedex.com to track your package.
I did not receive my item(s).
Please check the USPS or FEDEX site to see if your package was delivered. If not or it was delivered to an address other than what you specified, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
How do I cancel my order?
Since most orders are ship within 24 hours, please send me an email as soon as you can. If the order has already shipped, when it arrives, send it back and you will receive a refund.
Unfortunately, if you cancel your order after it was shipped, you are responsible for the return shipping.
